This past June P.R.I. went to Wine Expo in Bordeaux, France, the grandest wine event in the world. We tasted the Grand Cru Bordeauxs of 2006 and fell in love with Pomerol, (a region that does incredible things with Merlot). P.R.I. even got to hang out with one of the region’s stellar enologists from Chateau Labegorce and Itay’s .famed wine critic, Danielle Cernilli. We also visited La Rochelle and Cognac, France, and relished one of the most amazing gastronomical adventures.
